Tooth Fairy Get Ready!!!

Noah's bottom middle tooth on his right (left when you're looking at this charming picture!) is wobbly!!! He seems so young to start having his teeth fall out...is it normal for that to start happening when you are only 4?! I thought it didn't start until you were 5 or 6...my baby is getting so big :-(
